A Pathological Observation on Pulmonary Mycoplasmosis in the Mice

Abstract
|
|
|
A total of 432 mice composed of ICR Strain was examined to observe the incidence rate of spontaneous pulmonary mycoplasmosis and the characteristics of lesions with pathological methods. The results were as follows;
1. The incidence rate of pulmonary mycoplasmosis was 12.5%.
2. An approximated descending order of the lung lesion was anterior half of left Lobe, right spiral lobe, posterior half of left lobe, right apical lobe, right diaphragmatic lobe, and intermediate lobe.
3. The accumulation of lymphoid cells in peribronchial and perivascular walls, marked hyperplasia of bronchial epithelium and bronchiectasis appeared frequently.
